BL6 Dress Code
The BL6 Dress Code has been devised by working closely with students to create this common approach. Students are expected to dress in accordance with a place of work: shirts, plain tops, full length trousers, suits, skirts, shoes, boots are all acceptable. Certain courses, however, will require students to bring in addition clothing/equipment which would be worn in those lessons (Art, Technology, PE). Students decided that the following are NOT appropriate for our Sixth Form: denim; tracksuits; writing on tops other than a small logo; trainers or hybrid trainers; flip-flops; crop or low-cut tops; visible piercings; tattoos; extreme hair styles. The BL6 Dress Code will be reviewed annually by the Students’ Union and School Parliament.
